What Is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a method of applying a decorative and durable finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industrial and consumers. Finely ground resin and pigments are applied to a metal surface which is then placed in a curing oven resulting in a high quality, long
lasting finish.

 

Color choices are virtually unlimited, with high and low gloss, clear, and metallic, as well as textured finishes., or rough textures which hide surface imperfections. Finishes can range from smooth to wrinkled, matted, or rough textures which hide surface imperfections.

You can be assured that our powder coating process is environmentally friendly and, unlike paint, there is no drying or flash time. Powder coating will never run or drip, and results have a much lower rejection rate
